Vegis and Fruits, Oh My!


My hubs and I have decided to do a daniel fast with Church and it started yesterday. What does this mean? Only fruits and vegetables for 21 days! Its day 2 and i am already not sure what i have gotten myself into! It is hard to get creative with meals when all you can use is a fruit or vegi! I have made red potato's with onion and parsley and vegetable soup so far! If anyone has any brilliant idea's or recipes that i could use, i would be so appreciative! :)

  3. stuffed peppers or stuffed tomatoes! and you can fill them with any variety of veggies that you want.

  4. You go girl! I recent;y heard about this from my friend I run with. She loves it. I was a vegetarian for 16 mths so I may have to try this...soon cause MY BUTT IS GROWIN BY THE SECOND! grrrrr
